How it works
One workspace, shaped around who is using it and what the day needs.
BrightPath is a native app for phones and tablets, with a full web version too. The same record looks different to an administrator, a therapist, and a parent, because each of them should see a different part of it.
Who sees what
Everyone gets their part of the record. No one gets more.
Access follows the job. Each person opens BrightPath to the part of the record their role needs, and nothing else. The rules live on the server, not on the honour system.
Clinic admin
Whole clinicRuns the clinic day to day.
Sees: The whole clinic
- Manage the roster, staff, and invitations
- Track consent and the compliance view
- See the operations snapshot: today’s sessions, RSVPs, tasks, balances
Nothing is hidden from an admin within their own clinic, but every action is audit-logged.
Supervisor
Their caseloadHolds the clinical oversight.
Sees: Their caseload and clinical records
- Review and sign off completed sessions
- Manage goals, targets, and therapist assignments
- Watch a caseload-risk view for children who have gone quiet
Cannot change billing or clinic-wide settings reserved for admins.
Therapist
Assigned childrenDoes the work in the room.
Sees: Only the children they are assigned to
- Run sessions and record trial-by-trial data
- Write behaviour (ABC) logs and session notes
- Add a new child and become their assigned therapist
Cannot see children they are not assigned to, or reassign other therapists.
Parent or caregiver
Their child onlyStays connected to their own child.
Sees: Only their own child
- See the schedule and a caregiver-readable summary
- Message the care team
- Log a behaviour observation from home
- Grant and withdraw consent
Only ever sees their own child, and never another family’s information.
Read-only auditor
Read-onlyReviews for oversight.
Sees: Records within scope, read-only
- Review records and activity for compliance
- Change nothing
Cannot change anything. Reviews what is in scope, and only reviews.
A day with BrightPath
From the morning roster to a note home.
The app follows the shape of a real clinic day. Nothing to configure to make that happen.
Before the day
The roster and the schedule
Staff open BrightPath to today’s sessions, the RSVPs that need attention, and the children they are seeing. Reminders have already gone out to families automatically, 24 hours and an hour ahead.

In the session
Data as it happens
The therapist picks a target, records each trial with one tap, and notes behaviour without breaking eye contact. If the connection drops, the data waits on the device and syncs the moment it returns.
Therapist
After the session
Review and sign-off
A supervisor reviews completed sessions and signs off. A caseload-risk view surfaces any child with no recent session or no active goal, so nobody quietly falls through.
Supervisor
At home
A clear thread to the family
A parent opens their own child’s space: the schedule, a caregiver-readable summary, and the care-team conversation. They can log a behaviour they saw at home, and it reaches the team so home and clinic stay in step.
Parent or caregiver
The full set
Everything the clinic actually reaches for.
Roster and intake
A structured client record that is complete from the first intake.
- Children roster with search and an Active / Graduated filter
- Detailed intake: identity, clinical info, school, contacts, support notes
- Graduate and reactivate, with a reason and an audit entry
Care plan
The clinical plan that sessions collect data against.
- Goals with domain, mastery criteria, and status
- Measurable targets with prompt level and accuracy
- Treatment plans, plan reviews, and assessments
Sessions and data
Purpose-built ABA data capture, not a spreadsheet.
- Session runner: targets, prompt levels, trial-by-trial results, undo
- Behaviour (ABC) logs with triggers, strategies, and intensity
- Works offline and syncs when the connection returns
Oversight
The review layer clinical work needs.
- Session sign-off queue for supervisors
- Caseload-risk view for quiet children
- Treatment-plan and clinical-review approvals
Communication
Care-team conversation tied to the right child.
- Threads scoped to a child and their care team
- Messages kept with the child’s record, not scattered across texts and email
- Inbox hub for messages, alerts, and requests
Consent, audit, and compliance
The consent and record-keeping a clinic has to get right.
- Consent captured by relationship, with withdrawal that is forward-looking
- A complete audit log of every change
- Privacy states shown plainly, and reminders that never carry a child’s details
Native on mobile, and on the web
The mobile and tablet app is native, with a full browser version alongside it. Android is on the way, and desktop apps are planned.
Keeps working offline
Session data and notes are captured on the device and sync when the connection returns.
Calm by design
Rounded type, generous space, and motion drawn from breath and heartbeat, not tech-demo flash.
