Autism therapy · built for the whole care team
BrightPath runs the clinic day on mobile, tablet, and any browser: the roster, the schedule, session data, and messages in one place. It follows the shape of a real therapy day, and keeps each child's information private without asking anyone to think about it.

The idea
Autism therapy runs on sensitive detail: a child’s name and history, the notes a therapist writes after a hard session, the behaviour a parent records at home. BrightPath keeps all of it in one place the whole care team can use, and quietly keeps the details that identify a child private, so no one has to manage that themselves.
It is built around the people who do the work. A therapist assigned to four children sees those four. A parent sees their own child. An administrator runs the clinic. Nobody sees more than their role needs, and the app is honest with you about where its protections end.
For your team
An administrator, a supervisor, a therapist, and a parent each need a different part of the same record. BrightPath gives each of them their part, and nothing they don’t need.
What’s inside
The roster in the morning, data during the session, review and sign-off after, and a clear thread home to the family. One workspace, not six tabs.
Every child the clinic serves, with status filters and a summary card that surfaces what matters today.
A calendar built for recurring sessions, with reminders that go out automatically before an appointment.
Run a session and record trials, behavior, and ABC logs as they happen, then review the history.
Conversations tied to the right child, so the whole team stays on the same page between sessions and families get a clear thread home.
Consent tracking and a clear record of changes, so the clinic stays on top of its obligations without extra spreadsheets.
A billing workspace that keeps the numbers legible without turning the app into an invoicing tool.
During the session
The session runner is built for the reality of a therapy room: big targets, one-tap results, and an undo when a hand slips. Correct, prompt, and behaviour notes all land in the record as they happen.
Notes are encrypted on the device the moment they are saved. If the connection drops mid-session, the data waits on the device and syncs when it returns. The child never waits for the software.
Turning data into decisions
Every trial a therapist records rolls up into a set of graphs made to answer one honest question each. Is this goal stalling. Is the accuracy real or still prompted. Has progress quietly plateaued. It is a signature part of BrightPath, and you can explore every graph here with sample data.

The same care team, the same encrypted record, whether someone is running a session on a phone or reviewing the caseload on a big screen. The mobile app leads today, with a full web version alongside it so no one has to install anything.
The web version: the same roster and records, in any browser. Nothing to download.
The native app, built for a fast experience that keeps working offline.
The full workspace in any browser. Nothing to install, and always there for anyone who would rather not download an app.
In development now, on the same secure foundation as the mobile app.
Desktop apps are planned. Until they arrive, the web version runs on both, so no one is left waiting.
Private by design
Privacy is table stakes in this work, so BrightPath handles it quietly. The details that identify a child are protected on the device, and everyone on the team sees only the part of the record their job needs. You do not have to be a security expert to trust it, and we are honest about what it does and does not do.
A child's name, birth date, and a therapist's notes are encrypted on the device before they sync.
A therapist sees their caseload, a parent sees their own child, and an admin runs the clinic.
We say plainly what is protected and where the limits are, with no fine print to squint at.
