Website terms

Terms for using this public website.

These terms cover the BrightPath marketing website. Clinic software, trials, accounts, and customer data are governed by separate written agreements.

Effective September 24, 2026

Using this website

By using the public BrightPath website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply only to the public website and its general product information.

Who operates BrightPath

BrightPath is a product of KWC Pathway to Hope, an Ontario nonprofit organization based in Kitchener, Ontario. References to “BrightPath,” “Pathway to Hope,” “we,” or “us” on this page refer to KWC Pathway to Hope.

Product accounts and clinic agreements

The BrightPath clinic product is in private testing. Access to a test environment, clinic account, software service, or BrightPath OS is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for the product service.

Website information

We try to keep product descriptions and status information current. BrightPath is still being developed, so features, interfaces, platforms, dates, and availability may change. A roadmap item or “planned” label is not a promise of delivery or a release date.

No clinical or emergency service

This website describes clinic software. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Do not use this website to send patient information or to seek urgent help. Contact the appropriate clinic or emergency service for care.

Acceptable use

You may browse and share links to the public site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security, probe systems without written authorization, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, collect information through automated abuse, impersonate Pathway to Hope, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Ownership

The BrightPath name, logo, site design, product interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Pathway to Hope or used with permission, unless a page states otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse branding or product materials beyond ordinary viewing and linking.

Availability and warranties

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that every description will remain current while the product changes. Nothing on the site creates a clinical, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or customer relationship.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pathway to Hope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the public website or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the website and product change. The effective date above shows the current version. Questions can be sent to contact@pathwaytohope.ca or raised through the contact page.
